• 18 years of age or older
• Francophone or francophile
• Are a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or have conventional refugee status
• Have intermediate language skills in French and English
• Have a high school diploma, GED or a combination of education and experience
• Have some experience with office computer software
• Have an interest in working in the administrative field
