With the aid of a comprehensive needs assessment form, you will help your counsellor understand your strengths and weaknesses in regards to your job search. He/she will therefore be better able to assist you by providing the appropriate services such as the following:

•  professional orientation & reference to other resources and programs
•  counselling and support with your job search
•  counselling on interview techniques
•  referral to local employers
• accompaniment to employers
•  interpreter services for meeting with potential employers
